Change of Mind and Cancellation

For most goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Tell us clearly through the Contact page within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition of Change-of-Mind Returns

You may handle goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond that. A change-of-mind right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This exception does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Cleaning Products and Safe Returns

Contact us before returning any opened, leaking or damaged cleaning product so that we can give safe handling and transport instructions. Do not post a leaking container or send goods to an address that has not been provided for your return.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where useful. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under your statutory rights, which may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances. We will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.

Return Costs

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise. Use suitable packaging and retain proof of sending. We are responsible for reasonable return costs where a return results from our error or the goods are faulty or damaged.

Refunds

For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. We will make the refund within 14 days after that point, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the credit.
